Hibernation: Add PM_RESTORE_PREPARE and PM_POST_RESTORE notifiers (rev. 2)
Add PM_RESTORE_PREPARE and PM_POST_RESTORE notifiers to the PM core, to be used in analogy with the existing PM_HIBERNATION_PREPARE and PM_POST_HIBERNATION notifiers.
