virtio: remove CONFIG_VIRTIO_RING
Everyone who selects VIRTIO is also made to select VIRTIO_RING; just make them synonymous, since we removed the indirection layer some time ago. Signed-off-by: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>
