[JFFS2] Finally remove redundant ref->__totlen field.
Haven't had any complaints about it recently, despite having the test
code enabled to verify that the calculated length is correct.
Kill it off, just by #undef TEST_TOTLEN for now; removing it for real
can come a little later.
