kbuild/extable: Hook up sortextable into the build system.
Define a config variable BUILDTIME_EXTABLE_SORT to control build time sorting of the kernel's exception table. Patch Makefile to do the sorting when BUILDTIME_EXTABLE_SORT is selected.
