+To do this applications initialize the <structfield>tuner</structfield>,

+and zero out the <structfield>reserved</structfield> array of a &v4l2-frequency-band; and
+call the <constant>VIDIOC_ENUM_FREQ_BANDS</constant> ioctl with a pointer
