ARM: OMAP2+: PRCM: consolidate PRCM-related timeout macros
Consolidate all of the copies of MAX_MODULE_HARDRESET_WAIT and
MAX_MODULE_SOFTRESET_WAIT into one place, arch/arm/mach-omap2/prm.h.
