[MIPS] Cleanup inode->r_dev usage.
imajor()/iminor() should be used instead of accessing r_dev directly. Based on patch from Eric Sesterhenn (snakebyte@gmx.de). Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>
