powerpc: Merge arch/ppc64/mm to arch/powerpc/mm
This moves the remaining files in arch/ppc64/mm to arch/powerpc/mm, and arranges that we use them when compiling with ARCH=ppc64. Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
