x86, ES7000: consolidate the APIC code
Consolidate all the ES7000 APIC code into arch/x86/mach-generic/es7000.c. With this ES7000 ceases to rely on any subarchitecture include files. Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu>
