x86: CPA avoid repeated lazy mmu flush
Impact: Flush the lazy MMU only once Pending mmu updates only need to be flushed once to bring the in-memory pagetable state up to date. Signed-off-by: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de>
