KVM: MMU: Eliminate pointless temporary 'ac'
'ac' essentially reconstructs the 'access' variable we already
have, except for the PFERR_PRESENT_MASK and PFERR_RSVD_MASK. As
these are not used by callees, just use 'access' directly.
