Merge tag 'rdma-for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/roland/infiniband
Pull infiniband/rdma updates from Roland Dreier:
- mostly cxgb4 fixes unblocked by the merge of some prerequisites via
the net tree
- drop deprecated MSI-X API use.
- a couple other miscellaneous things.
