V4L/DVB (8684): Add support for Micron MT9M111 camera.
Adds support for Micron MT9M111 camera chip, with basic
features :
- view rectangle configurable
- some output formats (bayer8, bayer10, rgb565, rgb555, ycbycr)
- autoexposure
- only highpower mode context used (ie. context B)
create mode 100644 drivers/media/video/mt9m111.c
