V4L/DVB (7621): Add support for Hauppauge HVR950Q/HVR850/FusioHDTV7-USB
Including support for the AU0828 USB Bridge.
Including support for the AU8522 ATSC/QAM Demodulator.
Including support for the AU8522 ATSC/QAM Demodulator.
