pcmcia: pcmcia_config_loop() default CIS entry handling
Many drivers use the default CIS entry within their pcmcia_config_loop() callback function. Therefore, factor the default CIS entry handling out. Signed-off-by: Dominik Brodowski <linux@dominikbrodowski.net>
