PCMCIA: Alchemy Don't select 64BIT_PHYS_ADDR in Kconfig.
For Alchemy 64BIT_PHYS_ADDR is already always set in arch/mips/Kconfig.
Also 64BIT_PHYS_ADDR is about to be removed.
