[PATCH] USB: Use ARRAY_SIZE macro
Use ARRAY_SIZE macro instead of sizeof(x)/sizeof(x[0]) and remove
duplicates of ARRAY_SIZE. Some trailing whitespaces are also removed.
Patch is compile-tested on i386.
