Merge branch 'samsung/driver' into next/drivers
Conflicts: arch/arm/mach-mxs/include/mach/common.h Pull in previous samsung conflict merges and do a trivial merge of an mxs double-add conflict. Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>
