[PATCH] i386: Clean up spin/rwlocks
- Inline spinlock strings into their inline functions - Convert macros to typesafe inlines - Replace some leftover __asm__ __volatile__s with asm volatile Signed-off-by: Andi Kleen <ak@suse.de>
