Merge branch 'core/percpu' into stackprotector
Conflicts: arch/x86/include/asm/pda.h arch/x86/include/asm/system.h Also, moved include/asm-x86/stackprotector.h to arch/x86/include/asm. Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu>
