Revert "PM / Hibernate: Iterate over set bits instead of PFNs in swsusp_free()"
Revert commit 6efde38f0769 (PM / Hibernate: Iterate over set bits
instead of PFNs in swsusp_free()) that introduced a NULL pointer
dereference during system resume from hibernation:
