[ALSA] Fix AC97 kconfig items
The kconfig items related with AC97-powersave must be outside the CONFIG_SND_PCI range. And it'd be better together with CONFIG_SND_AC97. Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
