Add MSI chip and MSIX chip definitions.
For MSI, we map the link interrupt to a MSI link IRQ which will
do a second level of dispatch based on the MSI status register.
The MSI chip definitions use the MSI enable register to enable
and disable the MSI irqs.
For MSI-X, we split the 32 available MSI-X vectors across the
four PCIe links (8 each). These PIC interrupts generate an IRQ
per link which uses a second level dispatch as well.
The MSI-X chip definition uses the standard functions to enable
and disable interrupts.

The io resource starting point on Malta was modified by c5de50dada (MIPS:
Malta: Change start address to avoid conflicts.) to avoid conflicts with
ACPI and SMB devices. In fact, that was not needed (and now causing
southbridge ACPI missing) since 166c637075 (PCI: add pci_create_root_bus()
that accepts resource list) and 7c090e5bfa (mips/PCI: convert to
pci_scan_root_bus() for correct root bus resources) had already done the
correct fix.
This patch actually reverts the change made by c5de50dada. And with this
fix, log says:
pci 0000:00:0a.3: quirk: [io 0x1000-0x103f] claimed by PIIX4 ACPI
pci 0000:00:0a.3: quirk: [io 0x1100-0x110f] claimed by PIIX4 SMB
These things may not be used but as part of platform resources are better
off to be included.

The platform data already available in tree for JZ4740 USB Device
Controller was previously used by an out-of-tree USB gadget driver
which was not relying on the musb driver and was written by Ingenic
and the Qi-Hardware community.
Update platform data for JZ4740 USB device controller to be used with
musb driver.

A struct svc_fh is 320 bytes on x86_64, it'd be better not to have these
on the stack.
kmalloc'ing them probably isn't ideal either, but this is the simplest
thing to do. If it turns out to be a problem in the readdir case then
we could add a svc_fh to nfsd4_readdir and pass that in.

Commit 0998d0631001 (device-core: Ensure drvdata = NULL when no driver
is bound) modified the driver core to always clear .driver and .drvdata
on remove or probe error. No need for the I2C core to do it.

Some time ago, mkfs.xfs started picking the storage physical
sector size as the default filesystem "sector size" in order
to avoid RMW costs incurred by doing IOs at logical sector
size alignments.
However, this means that for a filesystem made with i.e.
a 4k sector size on an "advanced format" 4k/512 disk,
512-byte direct IOs are no longer allowed. This means
that XFS has essentially turned this AF drive into a hard
4K device, from the filesystem on up.
XFS's mkfs-specified "sector size" is really just controlling
the minimum size & alignment of filesystem metadata.
There is no real need to tightly couple XFS's minimal
metadata size to the minimum allowed direct IO size;
XFS can continue doing metadata in optimal sizes, but
still allow smaller DIOs for apps which issue them,
for whatever reason.
This patch adds a new field to the xfs_buftarg, so that
we now track 2 sizes:
1) The metadata sector size, which is the minimum unit and
alignment of IO which will be performed by metadata operations.
2) The device logical sector size
The first is used internally by the file system for metadata
alignment and IOs.
The second is used for the minimum allowed direct IO alignment.
This has passed xfstests on filesystems made with 4k sectors,
including when run under the patch I sent to ignore
XFS_IOC_DIOINFO, and issue 512 DIOs anyway. I also directly
tested end of block behavior on preallocated, sparse, and
existing files when we do a 512 IO into a 4k file on a
4k-sector filesystem, to be sure there were no unexpected
behaviors.

None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.

This file is controlled by a tristate Kconfig option, and hence
needs to include module.h so that it can get module_init() once
we relocate it from init.h into module.h in the future.
Note that module_exit() appears to be missing from the driver, so
it is questionable whether it would actually work for a removal
and reload cycle if it was configured for a modular build.

Use exactly the same log messages in the legacy setup function and the
SB800+ setup function. This way strings can be reused, which saves
some bytes in the generated binary.

I've left the masking in the pageflip code since that seems to be some
useful piece of preemptive robustness.
Iirc I've merged this patch under the assumption that the BIOS leaves
some random gunk in the lower bits and gets unhappy if we trample on
them. We have quite a few case like this, so this made sense.
Now I've just learned that there's actual hardware features bits in
the low 12 bits, and the kernel needs to preserve them to allow a
userspace blob to do its job. Given Dave Airlie's clear stance on
userspace blob drivers I've quickly chatted with him and he doesn't
seem too happy. So let's revert this.
If there are indeed bits that we must preserve in this range then we
can ressurrect this patch, but with proper documentation for those
bits supplied. And we probably also need to think a bit about
interactions with our driver.

The introduction of percpu offset optimisation through tpidr_el1 in:
Commit id :7158627686f02319c50c8d9d78f75d4c8
"arm64: percpu: implement optimised pcpu access using tpidr_el1"
requires cpu_{suspend/resume} to restore the tpidr_el1 register upon resume
so that percpu variables can be addressed correctly when a CPU comes out
of reset from warm-boot.
This patch fixes cpu_{suspend}/{resume} tpidr_el1 restoration on resume, by
calling the set_my_cpu_offset C API, as it is done on primary and secondary
CPUs on cold boot, so that, even if the register used to store the percpu
offset is changed, the save and restore of general purpose registers does not
have to be updated.

To provide access to the set-partition-resource-parameter interface
to user space add a new attribute to hypfs/debugfs:
* s390_hypsfs/diag_304
The data for the query-partition-resource-parameters command can
be access by a read on the attribute. All other diagnose 0x304
requests need to be submitted via ioctl with CAP_SYS_ADMIN rights.

Venturing out was fixing a couple of function prototypes which were
inconsistent (didn't hurt anything, but we used the same value as an
int, uint, u32, and I think even a long in a couple of places).
We also made a couple of minor changes to when a couple of LSMs called
the audit system. We hoped to add aarch64 audit support this go
round, but it wasn't ready.

"ret", being set to -1 early on, gets cleared by the first invocation of
lz4_decompress()/lz4_decompress_unknownoutputsize(), and hence subsequent
failures wouldn't be noticed by the caller without setting it back to -1
right after those calls.

Getting an inode by romfs_iget may lead to an err in fill_super, and the
err value should be return.
And it should return -ENOMEM instead while d_make_root fails, fix it too.

This patch is used to add support for ms card. The main difference
between ms card and mspro card is long data transfer mode. mspro card
can use auto mode DMA for long data transfer, but ms can not use this
mode, it should use normal mode DMA.
The memstick core added support for ms card, but the original driver will
make ms card fail at initialization, because it uses auto mode DMA. This
patch makes the ms card work properly.

So far, POSIX ACLs are using a canonical representation that keeps all ACL
entries in a strict order; the ACL_USER and ACL_GROUP entries for specific
users and groups are ordered by user and group identifier, respectively.
The user-space code provides ACL entries in this order; the kernel
verifies that the ACL entry order is correct in posix_acl_valid().
User namespaces allow to arbitrary map user and group identifiers which
can cause the ACL_USER and ACL_GROUP entry order to differ between user
space and the kernel; posix_acl_valid() would then fail.
Work around this by allowing ACL_USER and ACL_GROUP entries to be in any
order in the kernel. The effect is only minor: file permission checks
will pick the first matching ACL_USER entry, and check all matching
ACL_GROUP entries.
(The libacl user-space library and getfacl / setfacl tools will not create
ACLs with duplicate user or group idenfifiers; they will handle ACLs with
entries in an arbitrary order correctly.)
