In order to initialize the serial console early, the atmel_serial
driver had to do a hack where it compared the physical address of the
port with an address known to be permanently mapped, and used it as a
virtual address. This got around the limitation that ioremap() isn't
always available when the console is being initalized.
This patch removes that hack and replaces it with a new "regs" field
in struct atmel_uart_data that the board-specific code can initialize
to a fixed virtual mapping for platform devices where this is possible.
It also initializes the DBGU's regs field with the address the driver
used to check against.
On AVR32, the "regs" field is initialized from the physical base
address when this it can be accessed through a permanently 1:1 mapped
segment, i.e. the P4 segment.
If regs is NULL, the console initialization is delayed until the "real"
driver is up and running and ioremap() can be used.

This patch removes the static memory mapping for the currently-unused
peripherals [Synchronous Serial, Timer/Counter unit], and for those
drivers that already ioremap() their registers [UART].
Also, the Ethernet driver now uses the platform_device resources but
doesn't yet use ioremap() so we need to pass it the virtual address
instead of the physical address.

This is more preparation for adding support for the new Atmel AT91SAM9
processors.
Changes include:
- Replace AT91_BASE_* with AT91RM9200_BASE_*
- Replace AT91_ID_* with AT91RM9200_ID_*
- ROM, SRAM and UHP address definitions moved to at91rm9200.h.
- The raw AT91_P[ABCD]_* definitions are now depreciated in favour of
the GPIO API.

This patch updates the platform device support for the AT91RM9200.
The changes include:
1. USB Host device renamed to "at91_ohci" since the driver is also
usable on the AT91SAM9261 processor.
2. Enabling multidrive on the USB Device's pullup pin should not be done
for all boards. Moved into board-specific files. [Patch from David
Brownell]
3. Move enabling of PCMCIA/Compact Flash pins out of the driver.
4. Added SPI device and resources.
5. Added Watchdog device and resources. [Patch from David Brownell]
6. Added UART device and resources.
7. The simple devices (watchdog, rtc, i2c) are now automatically
registered and don't have to be registered separately in each
board-specific file. [Patch from David Brownell]

The at91_cf driver got out of sync with certain changes in the PCMCIA
layer, notably getting rid of some duplication of data ... causing the
version merged to kernel.org to fail compiling.
This patch gives the at91_cf platform device a new iomem resource, using
it so this new pcmcia scheme works. It also cleans up some whitepsace
bugs that have accumulated over time (mostly too-long lines).

This patch adds the at91_set_multi_drive() function to enable/disable
the multi-drive (open collector) pin capability on the AT91RM9200
processor.
This is necessary to fix the UDC (USB Gadget) driver for the AT91RM9200
board as it will not allow the board reset line to be pulled low if the
pullup is not driven as an open collector output as the boards are wired
to the USB connector on both the DK/EK.
This version of the patch updates it to 2.6.16-rc4.
