git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/kgene/linux-samsung into fixes
From Kukjin Kim <kgene.kim@samsung.com>:
For HDMI, already HDMI support for EXYNOS in mainline kernel is broken
because its configuration moved to platform data but regarding platform
data didn't support yet. And others are for fix warnings.
* 'v3.6-samsung-fixes-1' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/kgene/linux-samsung:
ARM: EXYNOS: Set HDMI platform data in Origen board
ARM: EXYNOS: Set HDMI platform data in SMDKV310

exynos_pm_add_dev_to_genpd is used if one or more out of a large
number of Kconfig symbols are enabled. However the new
exynos_defconfig selects none of those, so the function becomes
unused. Marking it so lets the compiler automatically discard
it.
Without this patch, building exynos_defconfig results in:
arch/arm/mach-exynos/pm_domains.c:118:123: warning: 'exynos_pm_add_dev_to_genpd' defined but not used [-Wunused-function]

Pull MFD bits from Samuel Ortiz:
"We have support for a few new drivers:
- Samsung s2mps11
- Wolfson Microelectronics wm5102 and wm5110
- Marvell 88PM800 and 88PM805
- TI twl6041
We also have our regular driver improvements:
- Device tree and IRQ domain support for STE AB8500
- Regmap and devm_* API conversion for TI tps6586x
- Device tree support for Samsung max77686
- devm_* API conversion for STE AB3100
Besides that, quite a lot of fixing and cleanup for mc13xxx, tps65910,
tps65090, da9052 and twl-core."
Fix up mostly trivial conflicts, with the exception of
drivers/usb/host/ehci-omap.c in particular, which had some
re-organization of the reset sequence (commit 1a49e2ac9651: "EHCI:
centralize controller initialization") that clashed with commit
2761a6394516 ("mfd: USB: Fix the omap-usb EHCI ULPI PHY reset fix
issues").
In particular, commit 2761a6394516 moved the usb_add_hcd() to the
*middle* of the reset sequence, which clashes fairly badly with the
reset sequence re-organization (although it could have been done inside
the new omap_ehci_init() function).
I left that part of commit 2761a6394516 just undone.

Pull arm-soc device tree description updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"This branch contains two kinds of updates: Some platforms in the
process of getting converted to device tree based booting, and the
platform specific patches necessary for that are included here.
Other platforms are already converted, so we just need to update the
actual device tree source files and the binding documents to add
support for new board and new drivers.
In the future we will probably separate those into two branches, and
in the long run, the plan is to move the device tree source files out
of the kernel repository, but that has to wait until we have completed
a much larger portion of the binding documents."

Commit ca1d72f033 ('PM / Domains: Make it possible to add devices to
inactive domains') introduced possibility to add devices to inactive
power domains and added pm_genpd_dev_need_restore() function which lets
platform core to notify power domain core that the specified device must
be restored (with its runtime_resume() callback) before first use.
This patch adds the pm_genpd_dev_need_restore() call what brings back
the suspend/resume behaviour for the client devices known from the
previous power domain driver (removed by commit 91cfbd4ee0 - 'ARM:
EXYNOS: Hook up power domains to generic power domain infrastructure').
Client device drivers relay on that suspend/resume behaviour, thus this
patch fixes runtime pm operation for client devices.

Add irq domain support for max8997 interrupts. The reverse mapping method
used is linear mapping since the sub-drivers of max8997 such as regulator

Omapdss driver changes for 3.5 merge window.
Lots of normal development commits, but perhaps most notable changes are:
* HDMI rework to properly decouple the HDMI audio part from the HDMI video part.
* Restructure omapdss core driver so that it's possible to implement device
tree support. This included changing how platform data is passed to the
drivers, changing display device registration and improving the panel driver's
ability to configure the underlying video output interface.
* Basic support for DSI packet interleaving

Pull sweeping late_initcall cleanup for arm-soc from Olof Johansson:
"This is a patch series from Shawn Guo that moves from individual
late_initcalls() to using a member in the machine structure to invoke
a platform's late initcalls.
This cleanup is a step in the move towards multiplatform kernels since
it would reduce the need to check for compatible platforms in each and
every initcall."
Fix up trivial conflicts in arch/arm/mach-{exynos/mach-universal_c210.c,
imx/mach-cpuimx51.c, omap2/board-generic.c} due to changes nearby (and,
in the case of cpuimx51.c the board support being deleted)

Pull arm-soc: soc specific changes (part 2) from Olof Johansson:
"This adds support for the spear13xx platform, which has first been
under review a long time ago and finally been completed after generic
spear work has gone into the clock, dt and pinctrl branches.
Also a number of updates for the samsung socs are part of this branch."
Fix up trivial conflicts in drivers/gpio/gpio-samsung.c that look much
worse than they are: the exonys5 init code was refactored in commit
fd454997d687 ("gpio: samsung: refactor gpiolib init for exynos4/5"), and
then commit f10590c9836c ("ARM: EXYNOS: add GPC4 bank instance") added a
new gpio chip define and did tiny updates to the init code.
So the conflict diff looks like hell, but it's actually a fairly simple
change.

Pull USB 3.5-rc1 changes from Greg Kroah-Hartman:
"Here is the big USB 3.5-rc1 pull request for the 3.5-rc1 merge window.
It's touches a lot of different parts of the kernel, all USB drivers,
due to some API cleanups (getting rid of the ancient err() macro) and
some changes that are needed for USB 3.0 power management updates.
There are also lots of new drivers, pimarily gadget, but others as
well. We deleted a staging driver, which was nice, and finally
dropped the obsolete usbfs code, which will make Al happy to never
have to touch that again.
There were some build errors in the tree that linux-next found a few
days ago, but those were fixed by the most recent changes (all were
due to us not building with CONFIG_PM disabled.)
