This deletes the leftover <mach/timex.h> and <mach/uncompress.h>
and Makefile.boot that have no role in a multiplatform
environment.

Boards used to specify zreladdr in their Makefile.boot with
zreladdr-y := x, so conflicting zreladdrs were silently overwritten.
This patch changes this to zreladdr-y += x, so that we end
up with multiple words in zreladdr in such a case. We can
detect this later and complain if necessary.

This patch adds the basic infrastructure for the Nomadik 8815
CPU and the "Nomadik Hardware Kit" NHK8815. This patch only
includes the serial console and core stuff, no drivers.
