Move the definition for the hsmmc device to plat-s3c
to be shared between the s3c24xx and s3c64xx platforms.

Update the Kconfig to create configuration options based on which
CPUs are supported for the low level serial code. This means that
the debug macros can be optimised for the type(s) of CPU that are
being used.

S3C2443_PM is not defined in our Kconfig, so
remove the reference from CPU_S3C2443 to stop
the configuration process warning about it.

Add arch/arm/mach-s3c2443 for support of the Samsung S3C2443 SoC
This patch adds the core CPU support, clock framework, times
and initial IRQ support, as well as adding the directory into
the build tree.
