mach-omap2
Create the headers needed for compiling under
mach-omap1/include/mach and mach-omap2/include/mach.
This was done with the following script:

This adds the OMAP850 JTAG ID to the IDs checked by OMAP uncompress.h putc.
Without this putc hangs up trying to check the uarts and zImage crashes.

This just leaves include/asm-arm/plat-* to deal with.
