The function declarations in plat/s3c64xx-spi.h rely on struct
platform_device but it's not declared by the header causing compiler
warnings if it is included prior to another header which does that.

As SPI platform devices are consolidated to plat-samsung, some
corresponding changes are required in the respective machine folder.
Added SPI Setup file for GPIO configurations and platform data
initialization.

SPI bus clocks can be avoided passing through platform
data as spi driver is getting the bus clock using the
generic clock connection id registered via clkdev.

Newer SoCs have the SPI clock scaling control in platform's
clock management unit. Inorder for such SoCs to work, we need
to check the flag clk_from_cmu before making any clock changes.

We need a way to pass controller specific information to the SPI driver.
For that purpose new headers are made.
SPI Controller is assumed 'type-s3c64xx' and can be defined for newer SoCs.
Hence, that part is placed under plat-samsung to be shared across newer SoCs.
SoC specific part - spi source clocks, will be placed
under plat-<soc>/include/plat/
