Add nodes for the usb-phy and ehci- and ohci-usb-host controllers. Based on fex file settings, the fex file also contains a mysterious line: usb_hub_vcc_en_gpio = port:PB09<1><0><default><0> Which also clashes with usbc0, which has: usb_drv_vbus_gpio = port:PB09<1><0><default><0> So if usb does not work properly we need someone with a hackberry to look closer into this. 2014-03-04ARM: sunxi: dt: Add sunxi-common-regulators include fileHans de Goede
Most sunxi boards with a sata connector also have a gpio controlled connector for sata target power and almost all sunxi boards have a gpio controlled vbus for usb1 and usb2. This commit adds an include file for the regulators representing these supplies, avoiding the need to copy and paste the regulator code to allmost all sunxi board dts files. 2014-03-04arm: mmp: Remove pointless fiddling with irq internalsThomas Gleixner
The pm-mmp2 and pm-pxa910 power management related irq_set_wake callbacks fiddle pointlessly with the irq actions for no reason except for lack of understanding how the wakeup mechanism works. On supsend the core disables all interrupts lazily, i.e. it does not mask them at the irq controller level. So any interrupt which is firing during suspend will mark the corresponding interrupt line as pending. Just before the core powers down it checks whether there are interrupts pending from interrupt lines which are marked as wakeup sources and if so it aborts the suspend and resends the interrupts. If there was no interrupt at this point, the cpu goes into suspend with these interrupts unmasked. The IRQF_NO_SUSPEND flag for interrupt actions is a totally different mechanism. That allows the device driver to prevent the core from disabling the interrupt despite the fact that it is not marked as a wakeup source. This has nothing to do with the case at hand. It was introduced for special cases where lazy disable is not possible. Remove the nonsense along with the braindamaged boundary check. The core code does NOT call these functions out of boundary. Add a FIXME comment to an unhandled error path which merily printks some useless blurb instead of returning a proper error code. 2014-03-04iommu/omap: Add devicetree supportFlorian Vaussard
As OMAP2+ is moving to a full DT boot for all SoC families, commit 7ce93f3 "ARM: OMAP2+: Fix more missing data for omap3.dtsi file" adds basic DT bits for OMAP3. But the driver is not yet converted, so this will not work and driver will not be probed. Convert it! The legacy boot mode is still supported until OMAP3 is converted to DT-boot only. 2014-03-04ARM: kirkwood: Add i2c alias so setting bus numberAndrew Lunn
When using platform_driver instantiation, the i2c bus was given bus number 0. The kirkwood-t5325 audio driver has this bus number hard coded for the address of the codec. However by default device tree i2c busses are dynamically allocated a bus number, starting from 1. Thus the kirkwood-t5325 cannot find its audio codec. By adding an alias in the DT file we can control the bus number and set it to 0. The codec can then be found. 2014-03-04ARM: mvebu: select dtbs from MACH_ARMADA_*Jason Cooper
With kirkwood migrating into mach-mvebu, mvebu_v5_defconfig needs to select ARCH_MVEBU. Unfortunately, this means that when building a v5 kernel, we unnecessarily build dtbs for the armada v7 boards.
