Also simplify arch/ppc64/kernel/Makefile

Changed ppc32 so that cur_cpu_spec is just a single pointer for all CPUs.
Additionally, made call_setup_cpu check to see if the cpu_setup pointer
is NULL or not before calling the function. This lets remove the dummy
cpu_setup calls that just return.

Merged cputable.h between ppc32 and ppc64. In doing this removed support
for the BEGIN_FTR_SECTION/END_FTR_SECTION macros in C code since they
dont compile correctly. C code should use cpu_has_feature(). This is
based on Arnd Bergmann's initial patch.

"745/755" (pvr_value:0x00083000) is a catch-all entry.
Since arch/ppc/kernel/misc.S:identify_cpu() returns on first match,
move this lower in the table so 750CXe DD2.4 (pvr_value:0x00083214)
may be correctly enumerated.

The e200 core is a Book-E core (similar to e500) that has a unified L1 cache
and is not cache coherent on the bus. The e200 core also adds a separate
exception level for debug exceptions. Part of this patch helps to cleanup a
few cases that are true for all Freescale Book-E parts, not just e500.

The patch to add them keeps on getting applied, over and
over again ;)
Hopefully no more.

Add a definition for PPC 405EP which was lost somehow during 2.4 -> 2.6
transition.
Recent change to arch/ppc/kernel/misc.S ("Fix incorrect CPU_FTR fixup usage
for unified caches") triggered this bug and 405EP boards don't boot
anymore.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
