There's not much here that we can't get at through alternate means (aside
from the TLB contents, but that doesn't belong here anyways). Most of
this information is already provided by the sh32 routines, which we'll
consolidate on next.

None of the print_page() code and associated helpers are presently used
by anything in-tree, so just kill it off.

This is no longer necessary, as there are now sufficient generic
alternatives available.
