McBSP driver require special hacks to enable/disable the autoidle feature for its interface clock for the proper function of the sidetone hardware. Because the CPU0 was the first up and the last down core when cluster power up/down or platform suspend. So only CPU0 needs the rest of the functions to reset flow controller and re-enable SCU and L2. We also move the L2 init function for Cortex-A15 to there. The secondery CPU can just call cpu_resume. However, after speaking with my upstream, it sounds like it's better to merge these patches in their current state, due to long term considerations. The pud_huge checking on the unmap path may feel a bit silly as the pud_huge check is always defined to false, but the compiler should be smart about this. Note: This deals only with VMAs marked as huge which are allocated by users through hugetlbfs only. Transparent huge pages can only be detected by looking at the underlying pages (or the page tables themselves) and this patch so far simply maps these on a page-by-page level in the Stage-2 page tables. 2013-10-17intel_mid: Move platform device setups to their own platform_<device>.* filesDavid Cohen
As Intel rolling out more SoC's after Moorestown, we need to re-structure the code in a way that is backward compatible and easy to expand. This patch implements a flexible way to support multiple boards and devices. This patch does not add any new functional support. It just refactors the existing code to increase the modularity and decrease the code duplication for supporting multiple soc's and boards. Currently intel-mid.c has both board and soc related code in one file. This patch moves the board related code to new files and let linker script to create SFI devite table following this: 1. Move the SFI device specific code to arch/x86/platform/intel-mid/device-libs/platform_<device>.* A new device file is added for every supported device. This code will get conditionally compiled by using corresponding device driver CONFIG option. 2. Move the device_ids location to .x86_intel_mid_dev.init section by using new sfi_device() macro.
