In preparation for device tree, this patch changes how the DSI pins are
configured. The current configuration method is only doable with board
files and the configuration data is OMAP specific.
This patch moves the configuration data to the panel's platform data,
and the data can easily be given via DT in the future. The configuration
data format is also changed to a generic one which should be suitable
for all platforms.
The new format is an array of pin numbers, where the array items start
from clock + and -, then data1 + and -, and so on. For example:

2, // pin num for data1 lane +
3, // pin num for data1 lane -
...
}
The pin numbers are translated by the DSI driver and used to configure
the hardware appropriately.

The reset GPIO for Taal panel driver is currently requested in the
4430sdp board file. This patch moves the gpio request/free into the Taal
driver, where it should be.

The driver for the TFP410 DPI-to-DVI chip was named quite badly as "DVI
panel driver". This patch renames the code to use tfp410 name for the
driver.

Setting TIF_IA32 in load_aout_binary() used to be enough; these days
TASK_SIZE is controlled by TIF_ADDR32 and that one doesn't get set
there. Switch to use of set_personality_ia32()...

The test in pdc_console_tty_close '!tty->count' was always wrong
because tty->count is decremented after tty->ops->close is called and
thus can never be zero. Hence the 'then' branch was never executed and
the timer never deleted.
This did not matter until commit 5dd5bc40f3b6 ("TTY: pdc_cons, use
tty_port"). There we needed to set TTY in tty_port to NULL, but this
never happened due to the bug above.
So change the test to really trigger at the last close by changing the
condition to 'tty->count == 1'.
Well, the driver should not touch tty->count at all. It should use
tty_port->count and count open count there itself.

It seems that there was an error with the active_low = 1 for the
LED, since it should be set to 0 (meaning that active is high,
since 0 is false, hence the confusion.
The wiki article about it confuses it, since it contradicts itself,
regarding what turns on the LED.
I have tested 3.4-rc2 on my net5501 with this patch, and it makes the LED
behave correctly, where "none" turns it off, and "default-on" turns it on,
when echoed onto the trigger "file" in /sys/class/leds.

exit the cpuidle driver init function with -ENODEV like what is done for the
omap3 cpuidle driver.

Jana Saout confirmed that this fixes the page faults he saw.
His problem was triggered by ocfs2 and autofs symlink lookups, where the
symlink allocation was at the end of a page. But the deeper reason
seems to be the use of Xen-PV, which is what then causes him to have all
these unmapped pages, which is what then makes it a problem when the
unaligned word-at-a-time code fetches data past the end of a page.

Adjust the default tcp_adv_win_scale and tcp_rmem[2] values

of our more precise skb->truesize tracking.

It turns out that there are more cases than CONFIG_DEBUG_PAGEALLOC that
can have holes in the kernel address space: it seems to happen easily
with Xen, and it looks like the AMD gart64 code will also punch holes
dynamically.
Actually hitting that case is still very unlikely, so just do the
access, and take an exception and fix it up for the very unlikely case
of it being a page-crosser with no next page.
And hey, this abstraction might even help other architectures that have
other issues with unaligned word accesses than the possible missing next
page. IOW, this could do the byte order magic too.

We are storing the 'omap3_idle_data' in the private data field
of the cpuidle device. As we are using this variable only in this file,
that does not really make sense. Let's use the global variable directly.
As the table is initialized statically, let's remove the initialization at
startup too.

we defined the states in the driver and we checked they are
all valid.

As suggested, this table is an optimized version for rx51 and we
remove it in order to consolidate the cpuidle code between omap3
and omap4, we remove this specific data definition which is used
to override the default omap3 latencies but at the cost of extra
code and complexity.
In order to not lose the values which probably took time to be
measured, the table is converted into a comment with an array
description.

We initialize the omap4_idle_data variable at compile time allowing us
to remove in the next patch the initialization done at boot time.

The cpuidle API allows to declare statically the states in the driver
structure. Let's use it.
We do no longer need the fill_cstate function called at runtime and
by the way adding more instructions at boot time.

arch/alpha/kernel/console.c:locate_and_init_vga uses vga_con, causing
build failures if VGA_CONSOLE was not set and MARVEL, TITAN, DP264, or
GENERIC alpha system types were set.
