2013-08-05i915: fix ACPI _DSM warningPeter Wu
Since commit 29a241c (ACPICA: Add argument typechecking for all predefined ACPI names), _DSM parameters are validated which trigger the following warning: ACPI Warning: \_SB_.PCI0.GFX0._DSM: Argument #4 type mismatch - Found [Integer], ACPI requires [Package] (20130517/nsarguments-95) ACPI Warning: \_SB_.PCI0.GFX0._DSM: Argument #4 type mismatch - Found [Integer], ACPI requires [Package] (20130517/nsarguments-95) ACPI Warning: \_SB_.PCI0.P0P2.PEGP._DSM: Argument #4 type mismatch - Found [Integer], ACPI requires [Package] (20130517/nsarguments-95) ACPI Warning: \_SB_.PCI0.P0P2.PEGP._DSM: Argument #4 type mismatch - Found [Integer], ACPI requires [Package] (20130517/nsarguments-95) As the Intel _DSM method seems to ignore this parameter, let's comply to the ACPI spec and use a Package instead. 2012-03-02drm/i915: remove ACPI related DRM_ERRORsJesse Barnes
They're not really errors (well actually I don't know; I don't understand _DSM and _MUX well enough to say, but I do know they spam people's logs and seem to be harmless). The _DSM method on the integrated graphics device can tell us which connectors are muxable, so add support for making the call and parsing out the connector info.
