This patch removes the null test on dvb. dvb is initialized at the
beginning of the function to &port->dvb. Since port is dereferenced
prior to the null test, port must be a valid pointer, and
&port->dvb cannot be null.
The following Coccinelle script is used for detecting the change:

In case of error, the function kthread_run() returns ERR_PTR()
and never returns NULL. The NULL test in the return value check
should be replaced with IS_ERR().

This driver did not yet support struct v4l2_device, so add it. This
make it possible to replace the deprecated parent field with the
v4l2_dev field, allowing the eventual removal of the parent field.

VIDIOC_DBG_G_CHIP_IDENT has been replaced by VIDIOC_DBG_G_CHIP_INFO. Remove
g_chip_ident support from bridge drivers since it is no longer needed.
This patch takes care of all the trivial cases.

- add a two new tuners: r820t and tuner_it913x
- split camera code on em28xx driver and add more models
- the cypress firmware load is used outside dvb usb drivers. So, move
it to a common directory to make easier to re-use it
- siano media driver updated to work with sms2270 devices
- several work done in order to promote go7007 and solo6x1x out of
staging (still, there are some pending issues)
- several API compliance fixes at v4l2 drivers that don't behave as
expected
- as usual, lots of driver fixes, improvements, cleanups and new device
addition at the existing drivers.

This ioctl is defined as IOW, so pass the argument by value instead of by
reference. I could have chosen to add const instead, but this is 1) easier
to handle in drivers and 2) consistent with the s_std subdev operation.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
__devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

Instead of having 3 options to allow customizing the media
sub-drivers (tuners, I2C drivers, frontends), merge all of
them into just one.
That simplifies the life for users, as they can just keep
this untouched.
Life for developers is also simpler, as there's now just
one Kconfig item to remember, for the ancillary sub-drivers
providing supports for chips that could change from one
board design to another.
