This patch replaces the code for getting an unsigned long from a
userspace buffer by a simple call to kstroul_from_user.
This makes it easier to read and less error prone.

This patch adds the possibility to read and write registers
via the debug_fs. It also adds ranges of registers sorted by bank
which makes it possible to read all defined registers in a bank.
