This patch takes care of trafic handling related APIS.
- Interrupt Enable and disable
- Mask / Unmask Interrupt
- Traffic Interrupt handling.
- Alarm Interrupt handling.
- Changes in this submission -
- General clean up - removed redundant includes, defines and macros.
