2012-10-24serial: vt8500: fix possible memory leak in vt8500_serial_probe()Wei Yongjun
vt8500_port is malloced in vt8500_serial_probe() and should be freed before leaving from the error handling cases, otherwise it will cause memory leak. Fix it by move the allocation of vt8500_port after those test. dpatch engine is used to auto generate this patch. 2011-06-10treewide: Convert uses of struct resource to resource_size(ptr)Joe Perches
Several fixes as well where the +1 was missing. Done via coccinelle scripts like: @@ struct resource *ptr; @@ - ptr->end - ptr->start + 1 + resource_size(ptr) and some grep and typing. Mostly uncompiled, no cross-compilers. Signed-off-by: Joe Perches <joe@perches.com> Signed-off-by: Jiri Kosina <jkosina@suse.cz>

2011-01-13tty: move drivers/serial/ to drivers/tty/serial/Greg Kroah-Hartman
The serial drivers are really just tty drivers, so move them to drivers/tty/ to make things a bit neater overall. This is part of the tty/serial driver movement proceedure as proposed by Arnd Bergmann and approved by everyone involved a number of months ago.
