From 124b4dcb1dd3a6fb80051f1785117a732d785f70 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Dave Olson Date: Wed, 16 Apr 2008 21:09:32 -0700 Subject: IB/ipath: add calls to new 7220 code and enable in build This patch adds the initialization calls into the new 7220 HCA files, changes the Makefile to compile and link the new files, and code to handle send DMA.
