From e46dab4d4be87769b09404135bc34f89e2e155d8 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Dimitris Michailidis Date: Mon, 23 Aug 2010 17:20:58 +0000 Subject: cxgb4: handle Rx/Tx queue ranges not starting at 0 Currently the driver assumes that queue IDs start at 0 but that's true only for function 0.
