The old ncurses trick is no longer needed for this version, in fact it's harmful. Switch to proper configure options. Also disable rpath hackery since it's not required and could be problematic. For some reason, the dialog package has a DIALOG_POST_CLEAN variable, which doesn't match any of the variables understood by the infrastructure. This commit gets rid of it.
