can: at91_can: convert derived mailbox constants into functions
This is the first of two patches converting the at91_can driver from a compile time mailbox setup to a dynamic one. This patch converts all derived mailbox constants to functions. Signed-off-by: Marc Kleine-Budde <mkl@pengutronix.de>
