[media] dvb: deprecate the usage of ops->info.type
Mark info.type as deprecated inside the header, recommending the usage of DTV_ENUM_DELSYS DVBv5 command instead. Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@redhat.com>
