[media] mb86a20s: Implement set_frontend cache logic
Up to now, the driver was simply assuming TV mode, 13 segs. Implement the logic to control the ISDB operational mode. Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@redhat.com>
