[SCSI] iscsi: rename DEFAULT_MAX_RECV_DATA_SEGMENT_LENGTH
This patch renames DEFAULT_MAX_RECV_DATA_SEGMENT_LENGTH to avoid
confusion with the drivers default values (DEFAULT_MAX_RECV_DATA_SEGMENT_LENGTH
is the iscsi RFC specific default).
