nfs: Take advantage of kmem_cache_zalloc() in nfs_page_alloc()
Take advantage of kmem_cache_zalloc() in nfs_page_alloc(). Save a call to
memset() and a few bytes.
Before:
[jj@dragon linux-2.6]$ size fs/nfs/pagelist.o

After:
