[PARISC] Clean up asm-parisc/pdc.h
If we're going to export the header, at least let's organize it sensibly and not have a mishmash of userspace, assembly, and kernel visible defines. Signed-off-by: Kyle McMartin <kyle@mcmartin.ca>
