slub: Handle NULL parameter in kmem_cache_flags

Solve this by changing slub_debug to early_param. Kernels 3.11, 3.10 are also affected. I am not sure about older kernels. Christoph Lameter explains: kmem_cache_flags may be called with NULL parameter during early boot. Skip the test in that case.
