Second part of at91sam9260/at91sam9g20 legacy !DT removal. This is the core !DT
support removal for these two Atmel SoCs.
Use the Device Tree for running this board with newer kernels.

Select CONFIG_EMBEDDED as it it useful for that board.
Also select CONFIG_MTD_UBI to really enable UBIfs (CONFIG_FS_UBIFS depends on
it).

A few configuration symbols are deprecated and disappeared a few versions ago,
remove them.
CONFIG_FPE_NWFPE depends on OABI_COMPAT which was not selected.

This AT91 specific Kconfig option removed the code that dealt with
programmable clocks. Each AT91 SoC embeds programmable clocks and
there is little gain to remove this code in case that such a clock
is not used.
If this option is not selected, it causes certain drivers to fail
to build. We simply remove this option instead of adding code just
to build a workaround.

Merge 9g20 with 9260 and 9g10 with 9261 as those SoCs can run from the same
kernel even in non DT world.
Fix the sam9261ek to allow 9g10 and sam9261 to compile together.
